Taxes and Other Charges

What taxes and charges are added to invoices for orders shipped within the United States?

For orders shipped within the United States, no sales taxes or charges are added other than shipping and packaging charges.

What taxes and charges are added to orders shipped to Canada?

In Canada GST and PST will be added to orders shipped to Ontario. HST will be charged in NL, NB and NS. GST will be charged on orders shipped to all other provinces.

What taxes and charges are added to international shipments?

International shipments: No taxes or charges other than shipping and packaging are added to your invoice.

Will I be responsible for local taxes and port fees for international orders?

Yes, you will be responsible for local taxes and port fees for international orders.

Billing and Shipping Addresses

Can I have more than one shipping address?

Yes, you can have more then one shipping address on your account.

How can I add a shipping address to my address list?

You can add a shipping address by logging into your account adding the address in through your settings.

Can I delete an address from my address list?

This can be done in your setting when logged into your account.

Shipping

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If the order has not been shipped yet, we may be able to change your shipping address. Please reach out to by calling or email and we will let you know if this is possible.

Are there any restrictions on shipping certain items?

Due to the nature, size, and weight of some of the items sold, there are some restrictions. Additional charges will apply to oversized and heavy items such as cedar strips, plywood, molds, etc. You will be informed of these charges before we proceed with the shipments.

Can I pick up more order instead of shipping it?

Yes, we do offer in store pick up's. For our Canadian store pick ups, there is no additional fee. For our US warehouse pick up's, there is an additional wrapping fee on large items such as full sheets of plywood, boat kits, and cedar strips.

How is fiberglass and other fabrics shipped?

All fabrics over 6 yards are shipping on a roll, and will incure additional shipping fee's based on the length.

Order Status and Management

How do I check the status of my order?

Once you have placed an order, we will send you an order confirmation email. From here you can check the status of your order through the link included in the email, or by signing in to your account and checking under orders.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel your order please reach out to us by email or phone.

How do I track my order?

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. From here you can click on the link. You can also check by signing in and checking under orders to see tracking information if it has shipped.

Order Placement and Payment

Can I place an order without registering my account?

Yes, you can place an order without creating an account.

Can I pay for my order with other payment options besides a debit or a credit card?

Yes, we do take money orders and cheques. Please reach out to us directly if this is something you wish to do.

Pricing and Discounts

Are there any discounts for bulk or volume orders?

Yes, some items have volume discounts and will be able to see this on the product page.

How are volume discounts applied?

Volume discounts are applied automatically on select items that are applicable. Discounts will be subtracted at the checkout page.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

What is the return policy?

Merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging and returned with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. For more information about our return policy, click here

What is the refund policy

Full credit will be issued when the return is due to our error. A restocking charge may apply to merchandise not shipped in error. Please, no returns on videos, CDs, books, plans, single fasteners, or cut goods. Concealed freight damage should be reported to the freight carrier immediately.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations will vary depending on the item. Custom cut materials cannot be cancelled, and neither can any spectrum gelcoat kits as they are made to order. Please message us directly if you wish to cancel your order.
